location directly at the beach front. The rooms facing to the beach are quiet. I would not book a room facing the Pacific Coast Highway. my room was renovated and clean, with a balcony looking to the Pacific Ocean - very nice. Parking lot in the garage available.

The location is amazing!! It's right by the main entrance to Sunset Beach. I had a view from the second floor, with a balcony, and it looked out over the beach. Technically it's not right on the beach, because there is the parking lot to the beach, and then there is a row of little houses where people live, but the houses are small, and the motel basically sees over them if you're on the second floor. How wonderful it is to get up in the morning and see the ocean out the window! I enjoyed just relaxing in the room with the balcony sliding door open, glancing out and seeing all the people with their bikes and surfboards. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. There was a parking garage on the bottom level where I parked my rental car. I loved it here!

The hotel was a very short walk to the beach. There were places to eat across the street, so we didn't need to drive anywhere, which was very nice. The room was clean & comfortable, and had a balcony with a little table & chairs outside.

I didn't expect a great facility as I had viewed it online. I selected it based on proximity to the beach and the fact it is on the beach side of PCH. The room was actually bigger than expected. We booked a double queen suite. It had a roll away bed and easily could accommodate 2 blow up queens or twins. It was also clean. Don't expect luxury accommodations but the location is great. Parking is in the garage at ground level and that was nice as well.

This hotel is really right on the beach! it is an older hotel, but clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants and some craft breweries. The parking is free! We walked everywhere from the hotel.

This is the best location for the price right on the beach with ocean view rooms. Very comfortable. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Elevator beings I'm disabled. My daughter, grandson and I come every year for his birthday. And try to get an additional trip in in June or so. It's our go-to beach hotel location. Thank you.
